Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within [2-5] business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time: Standard delivery typically takes  7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking details.

Multiple items: Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address errors: Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect or refund orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated in [CONFIRM: e.g. 10] business days, email us at [CONFIRM: support email] with your order number and we'll investigate.

Customs, duties and taxes: Not applicable to US-only shipping. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
